The Fine Print
I know, Who reads the fine print, hopefully you!

- There are never any hidden fees.

- All bookings require 50% down payment. This is not a retainer or deposit. It is payment for work done prior to your session (including, but not limited to location scouting, client communications, equipment prep, etc). As such if you cancel your session, this payment is non-refundable. Any remaining amounts owed are due prior to session start.

- In the event of an emergency, give me a call to reschedule at (607)-329-5579.

- As the artist who created the images, copyright/ownership belongs to me. With every Wedding or Portrait session I assign you a limited rights usage that allows you to download, print and display images. Clients are not allowed to sell, transfer or use them in any way the infriges upon artists rights or legal copyright.
