Change how you think about your resolution.
Let me explain. For example, instead of your resolution being "I am going to lose 30 lbs." This year change it to "I am going to walk 3 days a week." or "I am going to avoid junk food on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays."
Try to look at whatever your resolution is and figure out a way to look at it differently and make sure you set attainable goals. It is also great to keep track of your progress and create rewards for yourself, just promise me, you will not make your reward, whatever it is you are trying to change.
